Shipping Policy

Delivery within Australia
Gifts4Kidz deliver Australia-wide to every address that has a postcode.  All orders are delivered through a courier service.

When ordering, please provide an address whereby someone can sign for the receipt of goods.  Please do not provide a Post Office Box address.

If someone is not at the delivery address, then a calling card will be left and an alternative delivery date or arrangement can be organised directly with the courier at your convenience.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.  If you live in the Sydney metropolitan area then delivery will generally be next business day.  For all other areas, estimated delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days.

Gifts4kidz offers a flat shipping rate per gift bag of $9.95 including GST.

What is the average weight of each bag?                                                                             Small bag avg 500g, Med bag avg 1.5-2.0 & Large anywhere from 2kg-16kg

International Orders
Gifts4Kidz can deliver internationally, but you will need to contact us at CustomerService@gifts4kidz.com.au and we will gladly assist by providing a quote for shipping our wonderful products to you.

Returns Policy

General Returns/Change of Mind
At Gifts4Kidz we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you do change your mind or the gift is not quite what the recipient wanted, and then we will offer an exchange or a gift voucher to the equivalent value of the returned item.  In order to qualify for this, you must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be returned in its entirety and in original condition within 14 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase must be provided to Gifts4Kidz
• The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense
• The exchange or voucher amount for change of mind purchases are for the item price only, and does not include the amount paid for postage

Faulty or Damaged Items
Gifts4Kidz is happy to exchange or refund faulty items if the claim is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please inform us via email as soon as you receive your gift.  We will cover the cost of the postage for the faulty item.  Please contact us for a reply paid address at CustomerService@gifts4kidz.com.au

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. We will email you once we have processed your refund.

Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.
All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.
